This beautiful and remodeled home (2022) is in the perfect location for all your needs. Located right in the heart of Cedar Rapids, and two blocks away from the Kernels Veterans Memorial Stadium and the Roughriders IMON Ice Arena! You can see the stadium(s) from the front porch of the house. Enjoy the fireworks after each Kernels game in the summertime! Bring your friends and relax around the firepit in the private backyard.

This gem is completely remodeled inside and out! There are three furnished bedrooms with 4 beds total. Each bedroom has its own dedicated bathroom - 3 in total. Relax in one of two living rooms with TVs. The downstairs living room has a sectional and large couch for entertaining. There is also an elliptical (Airdyne) bike available for your workout needs!

* We love our neighborhood and we know you will too! In order to respect the neighbors, please observe our quiet hours (9PM-7AM). * Please park in designated parking spaces only. Do not block neighbor’s driveways or the alleyway. * No smoking or vaping permitted inside home. Smoking outside is permitted. Please discard butts. * Please do not rearrange or remove furniture, appliances and/or any items on the walls. * Absolutely no parties, events or excessive noise. If guests are found to have had an event or party which resulted in extra cleaning, guests will be responsible for extra cleaning charges ($150 minimum charge). In the event of disruptions alerting neighbors, GUESTS WILL BE ASKED TO VACATE THE PROPERTY IMMEDIATELY without reimbursement. * No illegal substances or activities allowed on the property. * Please treat our home as if it is yours and have fun. 🙂

Accessibility

Neighborhood

The neighborhood is generally very quiet with normal activity. There are houses on the East side of the street and a business/storage yard located across the street. Please expect additional noise during Kernels other baseball events as it's possible to hear the audio from the games as the house is so close. In the summer, fireworks are set off after the Kernels games and can be visible from the front porch.

Guest Access

Guests are allowed to use the entire property, including the garage and grill system in the backyard. There is space for entertaining on the front deck or backyard areas.

I have stayed at the stadium house several times and I have never had any issues, It is always very clean and it Is definitely the place I try to book when I travel to Cedar Rapids

This was such a wonderful stay with family. This beautiful home provides more space than i expected. We were almost sad at the departure so warm and welcoming. The kitchen has to be my favorite because I love to cook for my family. So much to do and close to stores, shopping and getting last minute things you may have forgotten. A lot of things you need are already available to you to use as complimentary. I had no idea I would have brought less as far as real kitchen utensils to linens. It very accommodating for 6 with 3 bathrooms and comfy couches. Wait I lied..the beds were my favorite. Get the best sleep ever... Hint** get the master bedroom and fall in love with sleep. Awesome stay
